Withdrawal process is not good

Everything on this site is great except for the withdrawal process, my account was confirmed via the necessary documents and confirmed via email from Customer Service however, I requested a withdrawal Monday 20th October 2025 and received an email stating your withdrawal will be processed within 2 business days and this is where the problem began. I was asked to provide another document to verify myself which earlier this year my account had already been confirmed verified so why do I need more ID to prove myself again and this morning around 4AM I received an email stating my account is now up to date so if you can update my account over night why couldn't you process my withdrawal at the same time? it will be 5 days in waiting tomorrow lets see what happens overnight I just wonder if I will need to prove something else and will be interesting if my review gets posted. It's no wonder Crocos customers all give them almost a five star review. They're not the flashiest they're not the biggest bonus givers and they don't promise you the world. But what they do promise you is legit. They don't mess around with your deposit or with your withdrawal for 2 weeks making you wait. They don't give you 200 spins on a game that might pay out five bucks out of that 200 spins like other casinos do. They make you deposit in between coupons.
